To return the box and get a refund


1. Please open up a new ticket: http://support.puretvbox.com/support/tickets/new

2. In the subject line please put "REFUND"

3. Please let us know your full name and the phone number that you used to order. 

4. We will then email you an RMA number

5. Put the box in the original envelope we gave you with the originally packaging including remote control and cables and add the RMA number.

6. Once we receive the return we will then promptly refund you as long as the box is not physically damaged.
